Guide to Casual Leasing

• Set up and take down only within the times shown; restore the space to its original condition.

• Displays must be professional, trestles covered, no handwritten signs, maximum 1.5m high, and must not block walkways, fire exits or other tenants.

• Displays must be manned whenever the Centre is open. Electrical equipment must be tested and tagged.

• Payment is due in full by the 1st day of the booking. Public liability insurance ($20 million) must be provided before set up.

• The Centre Manager may issue notice to vacate at any time.
